Bidstack privacy policy
This policy explains how Bidstack handles information when you use the public board, submit a listing, suggest a public bidding board, or complete a payment.
Last updated: 22 August 2026. This policy is a plain-English product draft, not legal advice.
What we collect
We collect the URL, maker handle, bid, and placement details you submit. Stripe processes payment and may collect payment details, billing information, and email address. Bidstack does not store full card numbers or security codes.
Clicks and attribution
When someone opens a listed URL, Bidstack records a click against that listing. We may record a coarse source category such as a known partner board, another referrer, direct traffic, or unknown traffic. We do not store full referrer URLs, cross-site profiles, fingerprints, or visitor-level identities for this experiment.
Technical information and requests
Hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser, device, timestamps, request information, and error information for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. For privacy requests, contact hello@souleld.tech.
