Bidstack terms

Paid placement rules

These terms explain the rules for submitting URLs and paying for visible positions on the public Bidstack board.

Last updated: 22 August 2026. Bidstack is operated by SoulEld Tech, a trading name of Eiran Trethowan, based in Castlemaine, Victoria, Australia. These terms are a plain-English product draft, not legal advice.

Paid placement

A bid is a public total for a visible position. New listings start at $5. To raise an existing listing, choose a new total at least $5 above the current bid and pay only the difference. A bid does not buy guaranteed traffic, sales, conversions, clicks, impressions, or a fixed rank.

Acceptable use and refunds

Listings must not be unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, unsafe, or deceptive. Payments are non-refundable after payment and publication unless a remedy is required by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Payment and contact

Stripe processes payments. Bidstack does not store full card numbers or security codes. For questions about a bid or these terms, contact hello@souleld.tech.
